Oolong

Oolong tea is sometimes referred to as black dragon tea, made when the tea leaves are allowed to oxidize and turn into a deep chocolate color. The tea has a slightly sweet nutty flavor and a rich red orange color. Enjoy on its own or sweeten as desired.

Grown and processed using organic principals near the small town of Northcliffe in the south west of Western Australia.
