Oolong tea, also known as black dragon tea, gets its name from its long twisted and curly leaves and deep red color. It has a slightly sweet and nutty taste, perfect for enjoying on its own or sweetening to your liking.
The deep red color of this tea is achieved through a full oxidation process, without fermentation. To enhance its nutty sweetness, the tea is then mildly roasted.
Grown and processed organically near the quaint town of Northcliffe in southwestern Western Australia. This tea earned a silver medal in the Australian Grown category at the Australian Leaf Awards - a true testament to its adventurous and bold flavor.
